How are Sativas different from Indicas?
The best and easiest way to identify sativas over indicas are by analyzing the leaves. Genuine sativas are tall with thin leaves and stalks, opposed to idicas, which are busy and short with leaves that are typically full and thick.
Sativas originate in warm climates along the equator as they love heat and the outdoors. They generally grow between 8 and 12 feet tall, but when grown in the best and most optimal conditions, they can reach as high as 18 feet.
Consuming Cannabis Sativa
Sativa enthusiasts have been known to rave about consuming Sativa marijuana strains to boost their creativity and even their energy throughout the day. The most common time of day to consume a sativa is during the day, to help focus your mind and get your list of tasks completed for the day.
Sativas commonly have a fruity and less harsh taste.

How is Indica different from Sativa?
Unlike sativas, indicas are much shorter and stockier with dense foliage and full figured leaves. Indicas by nature can survive in much harsher growing conditions and environments. Indicas tend to be very potent and naturally produce high levels of the most common psychoactive cannabinoid called THC.
Consuming Cannabis Indica
Indica enthusiasts tend to prefer consuming indica marijuana strains in the evening either when going to sleep, or when relaxing after a long day. The most common effects from indica strains are feeling relaxed, sleepy, and the inherent desire to eat. Indica strains tend to have a distinct skunk odor.

How are Hybrid Strains different from Indicas and Sativas?
Hybrid strains are indica and sativa strains that are crossbred together. Hybrids are becoming more favorable than both indica and sativas simply because consumers can find the desired effects from both in a single strain.
