Illinois MMJ Patient Applications Incomplete
More than 6,300 patients have applied for an Illinois MMJ patient registration license since the state began accepting Illinois MMJ applications on Sept. 1. However, only about 800 of those are complete.
That’s only 1 in 8 applications that can even be considered for approval of Illinois MMJ patients. The incomplete Illinois MMJ applications are often missing crucial documents, which could include doctor certification forms, background check approvals and fingerprinting paperwork.
Health department officials are notifying those who submit incomplete Illinois MMJ applications. They are allowing another 21 days to provide the missing information.
