MAre you considering or in the process of submitting your producer (grower), processor, wholesaler, and/or retail (dispensary) application to the Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC)?

Measure 91 passed in the state of Oregon in November 4th, 2014 but rules and regulations are yet to be published. Since the OLCC has yet to release the draft or final regulations, it is not clear what information they will require on your submission. But don’t let that stop you from getting a head start on your application submission. Historically in other states the most prepared, funded, and organized applicants are the ones who win.
